  1. Session Expectations

    What can I expect during a session?

    • In each session, we’ll review your energy, stress, and sleep levels to view your holistic wellness. We’ll celebrate your recent wins, set achievable short-term goals to work towards before our next meeting and identify long-term objectives. If you’re tracking your calories, we’ll also review your nutrition log to fine-tune your plan.

    How often do you recommend meeting?

    • To start, I recommend meeting bi-weekly to build momentum and assess progress. After 3 months we’ll re-evaluate the frequency to align with your needs.

    How long are the sessions?

    • Sessions last 45 minutes and include a detailed follow-up email summarizing our discussion, progress made, and goals. This recap serves as a handy reference to track our journey together and manage payments.

    Will I need to track my food?

    • While tracking food isn’t required, it can be extremely helpful in evaluating your current intake and identifying areas for improvement. If you choose to track, I recommend using MyFitnessPal.

  2. Scheduling and Policies

    Do you offer virtual or in-person appointments?

    • Both, however, most sessions are held virtually for convenience. I offer in-person sessions within a 20-mile radius of Sheboygan County, WI.

    How will I be notified of my next appointment?

    • After scheduling, you’ll receive a Google Meet invitation sent to the email address you provided. This will serve as a reminder and give you easy access to join our session or include the address if we’re meeting in-person.

    What’s your cancellation and package policy?

    • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a full session charge.

    • All packages purchased must be scheduled at the first session and will expire 6 months from the purchase date.

  3. Results and Goals

    How soon can I expect to see results?

    • Results vary from person to person and depend on your commitment to the goals set. Beyond weight management, we’ll focus on other health indicators, such as improved strength, mood, energy levels, sleep quality, and if applicable, body measurements. Many clients notice positive changes within a few weeks, especially in areas beyond physical appearance.

    How do you personalize plans for different clients?

    • I begin by reviewing each client’s health history questionnaire and current knowledge around wellness. Together, we set goals that reflect your unique needs and preferences. Progress is assessed in a way that respects your mindset, stress levels, and any individual limitations, making sure the plan is realistic and impactful for your health long-term.

  4. Billing

    When will I be billed for my service?

    • You will be billed at the end of each session or pay package fees upfront. Packages expire 1 year from the purchase date.

    What type of payment do you accept?

    • I accept all major credit cards and checks, payable to Iron Plates Nutrition, LLC.

    • A surcharge of 3.5 percent is added to the transaction amount when paying with a credit card, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. There is no surcharge for debit cards.

    What billing platform do you use?

    • Payments are processed securely through Clover, a trusted and reliable billing platform.

    Do you take insurance?

    • At this time, I do not accept insurance.

  5. Additional Support

    What kind of support is available between sessions?

    • You're welcome to reach out via Facebook, Instagram, or email anytime between booked sessions for support or to share your successes. I’m here to answer questions, provide guidance, and celebrate your progress every step of the way. Please note that responses may be delayed up to 48 hours. Ongoing support beyond scheduled sessions requires additional bookings.
